- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Prepare the Lobster Tails: Start by thawing the lobster tails if they are frozen. Use kitchen shears to cut down the center of the shell, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
Make the Butter Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the Lobster Tails: Preheat your grill or oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet, brush generously with the garlic butter sauce, and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and tender.
Serve: Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven. Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve with lemon wedges.
