  • Prepare the Ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Season the Beef: In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat, then form into 4 equal patties.
  • Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
